Create your story and make your views heard! Your challenge is to touch on the KWN theme 2007- Environment or Arts or Sports, and produce a 5 minutes video clip on the theme based on your views and what kids your age have been doing.

All KWN crew who dare sign up will be immense in exciting training workshop. You will be developing essential skills e.g story development, conceptualization, design skills and production.


Submit your challenge and you will stand a chance to be recognized for the following award:
1) The Spotlight Award - Best education content
2) The Clipper Award - Best editing quality
3) The Tune award - Best sound effect
4) The Journalist of Tomorrow - Best all-round presenter
5) KWN Top News Production - Best production
6) Special Awards
    i) Young Filmmaker Award
    ii) Best Facilitator Award

The Best team will represent Singapore, to compete with students from 21 countries across the world. On top of that, this year’s winner of the KWN Singapore competition will stand a chance to win the Grand Prix award in the global contest. The Grand Prix winner will be rewarded with a trip to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. So hurry, unleash that burning passion for filming in you, start gathering your fellow talented friends and teacher to sign up your school for this challenge today! What Do You Need To Do:
Simply produce a 5 minutes documentary video featuring environment or arts or sports.

How To Participate:
You can participate in this competition by forming a team consisting of no more than of 5 members with a teacher facilitator per school. Click here for more details.
