Service Appointment Form

Important Notes:
We will contact you by phone the soonest possible to fix an appointment with you.

The date of the appointment is subject to our schedule at the time when we contact you.

For products where Outdoor/Home service is available, an additional S$20 will be charged for transportation.

The customer shall pay for the diagnostic fee which shall be at 50% of the prevailing service charge for the repair of the equipment in the event that the customer does not want us to proceed with the repair of such equipment

All payments must be strictly in cash or check upon completion of job except for companies who have credit facilities with us.

The request will be directed to Customer Care Centre.

Consumer Electrical Appliances & Audio/Video Products Weekdays: 8.30 am to 9.00 pm
Saturdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Communication & Systems Products
(Professional Audio/Visual, Broadcast, Business Solutions, Communication* Products )

* Selected Communication products only

Weekdays: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
