Responsibilities

• Establish inspection checkpoints for incoming parts
• Establish acceptance level criteria and work instruction to standardize inspection method
• Inspect incoming parts and perform first article inspection
• Decide and carry out vendor audit and / or process evaluation
• Request vendor for corrective and preventive action for non-conformance part and evaluate its effectiveness to prevent re-occurrence

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Quality Assurance Engineering
• At least 1 year’ relevant experience in QA/QC functions
• Knowledge of ISO9000 quality management system
