Responsibilities
  • Responsible for liaison with departments to plan, manage and implement learning initiatives toward organizational goals including conducting Learning Needs Analysis and learning plans
  • Conduct new employee induction programs and deliver up front training on Matsushita Basic Business Philosophy & other soft skills
  • Manage entire training administration cycle and system including training records, training grants and coordinate all external and internal training programs for pre & post training
  • Manage expatriate orientation of housing and company car matters

Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Business Management majoring in Human Resource Management / Development
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resource development
  • Possess good communication and multi-tasking skills and initiative for a fast-paced working environment
