Responsibilities
You will handle inbound calls from the Service Hotline. You are required to respond to customers’ queries relating to our products, spare parts, service schemes and schedule service appointments. You will take orders of spare parts from customers, and coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Pleasant and customer service-oriented
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • A team player, enthusiastic, with good follow-up skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
  • A good Diploma with 1- 2 years of relevant experience in frontline customer service support functions
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
