Notice to owner and user of Panasonic's Massage Chair

Panasonic Singapore is conducting a program towards the prevention of incidents involving massage chair model no. EP3510 manufactured between June 2005 and January 2007.

It has become known that, on rare occasions, the motor power cable may be stressed, resulting in the possibility of smoke and sparks should the massage chair continue to remain in use without rectification. As such, please cease using the massage chair prior to our rectification.

Inspection and repair will be conducted by us without charge.

While there is no known case of this happening in Singapore, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers and request our customers' understanding and cooperation in ceasing to use this product until inspection and rectification have been completed by us.
